Every contact request qualified, saved to the CRM and flagged when it's hot

Whenever someone fills in your contact form, the agent scores the fit with your ideal customer, saves the contact in HubSpot and, for a hot lead, alerts you on Slack with a reply draft ready.

02What the agent does on its own

  1. step 01

    Receives the request (name, work email, website, message) through an n8n form embedded in or linked from your site.

  2. step 02

    Has the company's industry and size estimated, the fit with your ideal customer scored (0 to 100) and the lead ranked hot, warm or cold.

  3. step 03

    Creates or updates the contact in HubSpot with the summary, score and priority.

  4. step 04

    For a hot lead: posts a detailed alert on Slack and creates a reply draft in Gmail.

03Agent instructions

$ instructions.txt · replace the {VARIABLES}
> My ideal customer: {IDEAL_CUSTOMER_DESCRIPTION}. Request received: {NAME}, {EMAIL}, {WEBSITE}, "{MESSAGE}". Return JSON {"industry":"…","size":"…","score":0-100,"priority":"hot|warm|cold","reasons":"…","reply":"…"}. If information is missing, write "unknown" instead of guessing. The reply is under 120 words and suggests a call.

04Limits and legal points

Industry and size are model estimates: check them before relying on them. State on the form how the data will be used. Personal data: check your LLM provider's data-processing terms (GDPR) and send it as little as possible.
