02What the agent does on its own

    step 01

    Reads each new email.

    step 02

    Classifies it and estimates urgency.

    step 03

    Applies the matching label.

    step 04

    Creates a draft reply for quotes and support; notifies you of urgent ones.

03Agent instructions

$ instructions.txt · replace the {VARIABLES}
> Classify this email into exactly one category: QUOTE, SUPPORT, INVOICE, SALES, OTHER. Give the urgency (1–3) and, for QUOTE or SUPPORT, suggest a reply of at most 60 words in {COMPANY}'s tone. Answer in JSON: {"category":…, "urgency":…, "draft":…}.

04Limits and legal points

Expect some misclassification at first: keep a "to review" label. Personal data: check your LLM provider's data-processing terms (GDPR) and send it as little as possible.
